All services offered by TGV Interiores are provided by brand professionals, where any customer can consult in physical stores or by digital / telephone. Whether you are looking for a small decorative solution or developing a comprehensive project for your home, our team will seek to understand your current needs, along with your inspirations and develop a design concept, layouts, quotes and more, depending on the package services chosen by you.
The Interior Decoration service packages are indicated for spaces previously built and with completion times between 2 to 5 months.
Remodeling / Interior Design services are indicated for work projects that have yet to begin or are under construction with completion times between 6 to 18 months.
How do I schedule a consultation or prior meeting?
After choosing the most appropriate service package and filling out the form, you will receive a contact via email or phone within 72 working hours to schedule the meeting. If you prefer a more specific time or type of contact, please describe in the message on the form. The first prior contact of our team will be introductory, in the form of a briefing to understand your needs and inspirations for your project.
Can I choose a particular architect / designer? If you want to work with a particular TGV Interiores professional, send us an email to email@example.com and we will take care of the rest.
How can I work with the Architect / Designer of TGV Interiores? At this time, previous consultations with our professionals can be made by physical stores, telephone or video conference. Throughout the project or budget development process, you can assess progress, exchange ideas and suggestions with your architect or designer.
For final project presentation meetings, we recommend presentations at physical stores to better understand the decisions made and the design concept. The delivery of the creative project will be made only if the client formalizes the budget presented.
Can the Architect or Designer assigned to my project move to my home? At this stage, the teams of TGV Interiores are making trips to the customers' homes always under all safety measures in terms of social distance and recommended personal hygiene. We ask the understanding of all customers at this stage for some limitations on visits.
What if I don't like my Architect or Designer's creative proposal or ideas? After selecting your service package, our team will brief you with the first prior consultation on the main needs, style, tastes and preferences of design. After this analysis, we will recommend the professional that best suits your style. And, remember, the process of developing your project is very collaborative. Within the 30/60 day assistance window you have plenty of time to exchange inspirations and ideas with the Architect / Designer.
Finally, you can and always recommend your feedback on the work developed by our professional.
How long in advance can I schedule my appointment or meeting? You can book any appointment or meeting up to four weeks in advance. If the desired time is not available, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org We will do our best to find an available time for you.
Can I cancel or reschedule my meeting? Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment through the email you will receive after filling out the form. We accept cancellations up to 24 hours in advance to allow other customers to fill their hours.
Do I need to prepare any documentation before the meeting? After confirming your consultation and before the first meeting, you must collect photographs of all the spaces to intervene, current products to maintain and plants. Am I required to purchase a product during or after my meeting? The TGV Interiores team is very professional and we are sure that once you have seen your creative proposal, you will surely find something you will love. However, there is no obligation or pressure to purchase anything during your sessions with your Architect or Designer.
Can I cancel the purchase of the paid service package? After receiving the confirmation email for the selected service package, you have 7 working days to withdraw and notify TGV Interiores via email firstname.lastname@example.org with the intention of canceling the provision of the service. The amount paid will be returned by bank transfer within 72 working hours after notification with the respective bank details.
What is the difference between a 2D layout and a design concept? And what does a review imply? A design concept is the overall appearance of a space. Many of our designers initially propose several concept proposals at previous meetings in order to find their preferred style. 2D Layout is used for your Architect or Designer to illustrate the best organization of your furniture in a given space.
The revisions allow adjustments to the layout and design concept of your project.
Will my Architect or Designer accompany the delivery and assembly of my products? Except for the Standard and Classic service, all other service packages available include monitoring of the delivery and assembly service by your Architect or Designer.
In which countries is this interior decoration service available? Digital interior decoration services are available in all countries in the European Union and Angola.
Can I incorporate products that I already have in my interior design? Yes, you can incorporate all of your products that you want to keep in the project to be developed. In this case, you must previously send photographs and general measurements of the products to be kept for your Architect or Designer to take into account in the work to be performed.
